I have a new vehicle. I hate it.

I asked for something small, maybe an older Maxima. This is what I got:

It's over 6 feet tall (the hood reaches to nearly my shoulder), 4-wheel drive (why, I have no idea), and is 18 ft 4 inches long - turning circle, according to Edmunds is over 46 feet.

Abs calls it "The Titanic" - I'm taking other suggestions, as well.

If it were yellow, you could have called it Tonka.

I've always been partial to the name "Tank" or "The Beast" for vehicles like that.

That makes three of us!

How about "Beluga" ? It sounds like one of those old car horns, LOL.

The Bushmobile

Ack!

(if it was black, it would pass for one of those Secret Service-mobiles, but since it's white, it only looks like a drug kingpin's vehicle)

it's called: husband-goes-out-to-buy-a-car-without-informing-his-wife-ahead-of-time, a little known disease, but occasionally fatal.
Uh-huh. Not fatal often enough, unfortunately.

(Sometimes ya just gotta take one out and shoot him as an example for the rest.)

(Presumably he'll be getting a second job to pay for the gas.)

Hmm... then maybe "Noriega"? or "Clear and Present Danger"? "The Dick-tator?"

"Sherman" is funny. :D In the same vein, "Mack"?

I'll make it four votes for Moby Dick -- it is a "White Whale."

Although "Beluga" is also a good "White Whale" allusion and not quite so obvious.

What a grocery getter that is! The same thing happened to me, I asked for a Civic and got yet another Buick LeSabre. I think you should call it "Great White" *snerk*
