Name change

Ok, here goes, reatively new here but want to know what probably loads have asked before....

When you post and yr name is on the left with yr status under it and some ppl have pics and some dont, how can i put a pic in? also can i change from being a god damn virgin or does this happen when u post more or is it just an extension on yr name?

Then also how can you have a tag line after yr text? do u have to type it in everytime?

any advice anyone?
