Aziz nodded. "You'll fit right in then, May. Austin, our Translator, apparently, also isn't much of a talker. Hopefully, you're not prone to fits of violence as well. That got him into some trouble...Anyway, guys, make yourselves comfortable. In the unused rooms you can find clothes and beds. You found the kitchen. Our Commander, a former nun named Kate, is in surgery at the moment and my girlfriend, the new Doctor, is with her and her partner, the Security Chief, at this time. That's why the living quarters seems empty. The rest of the crew should be around soon. Meanwhile, it's your home for the next couple of days too so feel free to roam and explore. Um, I think we have a landing simulation and training exercise in a few hours. You may need extra training yourselves in the coming days...That's up to Kate and the Androids on the bridge. If you need anything further just let me know." Aziz said, heading to the kitchen to get himself a cup of tea.

May got up instantly and looked Dor unlocked quarters, the end was empty so she decided she would have the room. She searched through some cloths and found herself some simple white socks, Black bra, Spaghetti strap tank top and some old gray skinny jeans that were slightly big around her tiny figure. She turned on her music channel to 20, playing rap music. Enjoying the music and thinking of inventions.

Caleb hated the choices of clothes in the room he'd entered. He went to see if Joce fared any better. She'd put on a slinky houndstooth dress in black and white which appeared grey from afar. She was buckling the ankle straps on some platforms when he joined her.

"Cute." He commented, then he started looking at the wardrobe on offer for his sister. "Your selection is better." He complained.


Jocelyn shrugged. "Take what you want, kid." She said, used to her brother raiding her wardrobe.

He chose a pair of black skinny jeans with a zebra print top. "I hope these colonists have hair dye. I'm getting bored with pink. What do you think of green on me?" He asked his sister.

Jocelyn looked him over, "Hmm, maybe teal. It would bring out your eyes."

"I'd go rainbow but you got to that look first. As much as I love my big sister I wouldn't want anyone to accuse me of copying you too much."

Jocelyn laughed. "I'm glad you're ok, Caleb..." she admitted, teary eyed.

He hugged her and said, "Technically, I'm not, niether are you. We died, Joce."

She shrugged. "How much worse could a second chance at life be? The first time around sucked."

He laughed.

They emerged at the same time and began exploring the ship soon afterward.

After reciting words for what seemed like an hour May finally was starving and ready to speak. She walked out into the diner. The MeRP hovered to her "would you like something to eat May?" It asked, emotionless. "I-I want a baked potato, with sour cream, bacon bits, butter and salt." Feeling a little pride for talking. She looked outside into the stars. She sighed "miss you dad" she said quietly. She sat down on a couch and looked at the blank TV. Not sure what to watch she picked a horror one, despite the rules and watched a cheesy horror. After about an hour she returned to the diner as her meal was served. Eating in pure bliss. The food was amazing she had to admit that.

"I'll lose my purring footwarmer to mousing tonight by being late with her supper." Hilde warned with her usual wry humor. "...but, I'll risk it. I'll come to the Council meeting with you, child." She acquiesced.

They arrived at the meeting a few minutes after it had begun and milled in quietly, looking for a place to sit.

Jason smiled and drove on in a comfortable silence. Once they got to the meeting hall he helped Hilde inside and found them a spot away from the hustle and bustle and made her comfortable. He always marveled at the difference of Central to every other town. It was made at the beginning and as such had been made with materials they could no longer produce. Metal beams, Glass windows, Cement walls and a hundred other small marvels made Central city the glowing center piece of their civilization.

He also meant that figuratively. For this was one of the few towns that could keep it's lights running all day and night, and the only town that had enough spare power left over to run entertainment products and establishments as well as schools and research facilities.

Once he was sure Hilde was fine he sat down next to her. Because the meeting had started he would have to give his report to the whole council and not just his father. He sighed and then caught his eye and waved a little. His father acknowledged him with a curt nod and then went back to listening to what was being said. Well he would just have to wait until he was called. He settled back into his chair and tried to make himself comfortable. These meetings could take awhile.

Ooc: Ok, great character intros. Now, I think there's not much to do but plan until Othermoose returns and my characters with his can move forward to later that day. Feel free to post with characters not currently trapped in time, though. Or, we'll just wait a few days. I'll work with either.

Once the meeting was nearing its finish they got to discussion on preparations for the expected new colonists. Hilde was surprised to hear there may also be a new mermaid for the off coast mer community and extra cattle on the way. This news drew approving murmurs from those assembled.

Jason's father Alec, a silver fox with a face that hadn't aged a day past forty, added that the most recent communique with the ship stated the e.t.a. would be late monday morning and expected human count was eleven individuals, six women and five men and one of the women would be requiring obstetric assistance immediately.

The murmurs became much more excited at this news. Cattle, a mermaid, five men, and six women...and one was apparently pregnant already! And, one of the men was confirmed able to hear and make sense of Cousin tones! Hilde, Alec and Jason shared a knowing look. This was definitely a dream come true for their colony. They needed this payload dropped gently, all of them landed safe and sound.

Alec spoke up, "Jason, these v.i.p.'s deserve a good welcome. How are the preparations for their village coming along?"

"There" May stepped back to look at her project. Wipeing her brow. To keep herself busy, May decided to take a few things apart in her room to build a small robot. Earlier almost throwing it out the window in frustration. "Cy would you like to take a walk?" The small robot looked up. It eyes blue. She pressed the power button. It turned on and then off. She programmed it to do many things with a TV chip, downloading things from a computer she found, unto the chip, and then using her parts of the TV and remote. About a few inches taller then her ankle, it's face looked almost cute. It was a small part of the TV screen. It blinked with glowing but not blinding blue eyes. And wheels for its feet. It's arms were a part of the cart as well. The bars spilt in quarters, with magnets to allow it to move. It was definitely not the best looking robot but it would have to do for a companion. It reminded her of the movie "Wall-e" her favorite childhood movie, from the way it spoke "Yesssssss" she walked out of her room and it kept pace with her. She kept herself from doing a little dance of joy. Cy followed her into the kitchen and looked at the MeRP. "Big, you bigggg" Cy said looking up at the MeRP. May couldn't help but laugh aloud.

Caleb watched May enter the kitchen with a tiny robot following her. Jocelyn had found a book she'd gotten into reading in the library and he'd gotten bored. He did spend a few minutes watching a guy about his age skinny dipping with a woman and a mermaid but decided spying wasn't going to make him very popular among those he hadn't met yet and perhaps he should return to the main living area and find something less creepy to do. So, he ended up in the kitchen thinking about making cupcakes. "Hi, May." He said in greeting. "Where'd you find that little guy?" He asked, opening cabinet doors to see if there was any flour and sugar.

Deciding since he wasn't really older, he would be okay to talk to and kinda trust, but she'd still keep her distance. "I made him" she opened a cabinet and a wooded bowl fell on top on Cys head. "Ahhhhhhhhh!!!" Cy yelled rolling across the kitchen with his arms flailing. She contained her laughter.

Caleb laughed and reached down to get the bowl off of the robot. "There you go, fella." He said, righting the diminutive figure but regretting touching it when it smacked his hand. It was too tiny to really have hurt him, though. Caleb just moved his hand away, still chuckling. "He's cute! I couldn't make anything as cool as that, May. That's awesome! You've got a talent." He commented.

Using the bowl and a wooden spoon to mix ingredients for his cupcakes, he continued talking, "Me, my talents lie in artistic expression. I'm a walking, talking work in progress and likely never to be fully appreciated in my time." He joked, with a wave of his hand for flair. He laughed at his own joke, then added, "No, really...I have no actual skills beyond piercing, fashion sense of a unique sort, and...well, I like baking but it's hardly a special skill. Want to help me make some cupcakes? I'm really bored."

May laughed when Cy smacked his hand. She felt okay talking to Celeb knowing he was interested in guys and wouldn't want any relationship, friendship was all she was sticking to. "Thank you, it can be quite frustrating building these but this one is really only simple, I think if your interested in that stuff you should be a clothes designer for people, or do what interest you." She grabbed a large bowl for making cupcakes.

Caleb shrugged, mixing in ingredients without even having to measure. "I somehow doubt this colony, or whatever it's called, is all that focused on their fashion considering all the cattle and stores of seeds I just saw in that dome. We may be heading into a sort of Steampunk Little House On the Prarie." He bent to pull out a cupcake tin and began spooning mixture into the cups. "It'll be a challenge. I'm kind of nervous they'll hate me when they see what I'm like..."

She sighed. "The world is a harsh place, I hope not, I'm hardly useful as well, it only ever really built small things. I just hope they don't make me talk. They'll hate me too if they decide to hate you, My cyan hair isn't exactly the best appearance. Just be who you are and don't let them talk down to you. Maybe if I spoke I wouldn't be hear. Remembering her death, and her very final moments. He robot touched her ankle and her immidiate reaction was to huddle into a ball when she stopped herself. "Do you know how many men, besides you, are on the ship?"

Caleb shook his head, "No, I'm not sure... but there's computers around. We could find out there. I know there's me and that Indian guy, Aziz. He said something about a Security Chief in Med Lab. I think Aziz said that was a guy too and...I saw a man about my age...swimming in a lake in the domed park. So, four that we know of."

After a moment her fear registered and he stopped scooping dough and looked up. "May...are you ok?"

A knot formed in her stomach. 4 guys. 4?!. She felt as if she was going to puke. "Yeah yeah.. I'm ok...." She stared off at a wall. Tears threatened to leak from her eyes but she held them back, preheating the oven. "So um cooling huh? If you practiced they could definitely use a great chief." She said forcing a smile.

Once April had finished her studies, she grabbed a banana from the kitchen, eating along the way as she headed to the domed section of ship which would also become their gift to take with them to the planet. She stood finishing her snack and watched Austin skinny dipping with Adrianna in the lake, unaware of her presence for a few minutes, smiling and waving when Austin spotted her on the shore and smiled her way in relief.

He swam toward her as she began removing her own clothes to join them, surprising him by swimming just past him to kiss the waiting mermaid in greeting first, then, reaching for him to pull him into a three way kiss. She found it completely adorable that he preferred not to be with anyone else, sexually, without her presence. It made him more trustworthy in her estimation. He deserved a reward for his loyalty.

Austin sighed in relief when he spotted April on the shore. Things were getting awkward with Adriana and Austin was glad April was there to break the tension. He watched her strip out of her clothing and slip into the water. He and Adrianna swam towards April and the three met into a threeway kiss. After a moment Austin pulled back and watched as Adrianna and April kissed, their tongues exploring each other's mouths. He moved back a little more, happy to just watch as one of his fantasies came to life before him.

Adrianna felt Austin swim away after a moment, but she didn't mind. In his brief moments of lucidity Erik had explained to Adrianna the concept of "shyness". Natalia had enjoyed getting Erik to sleep off,then fuck off, the last effects of his Viking delusions as his training began to kick in and the side effects of the brain changes began to wear off. But, she was glad to see him beginning to question his earlier silly behavior and talk about his security officer training. Those were signs he was getting back to what would be normal post-rapid-education Erik. Not to say they didn't have another wild go at Viking-like fucking for good measure. The pair didn't mind giving the MeRP units a good porn show before he was cleared to leave Med Bay and she brought him back to her room to continue showing him how glad she was to have him back with her.

Erik and Natalia panted side by side, the after affects of their third round still buzzing delightfully through there bodies. "I think... I need... A break..." Erik said between pants. He took a moment to catch his breath before speaking again. "That was delightful, and I'm glad me going crazy turns you on, but if we go anymore I'm not going to be able to walk." Erik joked. He rolled over and gave Natalia a lazy kiss before standing up and looking around for some clothes. "How about we grab a bite to eat, chat a little bit, then come back in here for round... I actually lost count." Erik laughed pulling on a pair of jeans.

Erik and Natalia finished dressing and leisurely made their way to the kitchen. Erik heard unfamiliar voices and entered the kitchen to see two new people. "Hey! New people a girl and a... Um... Hi. I'm Erik." The large man said awkwardly rubbing the back of his neck. He wasn't quite sure what to make of the guy's? Appearance. Erik hesitantly turned to Natalia giving her a look that said "rescue me!".

The procedure was awesome to behold when more than just one month of ageing was observed. In the four month's ageing process, Kate lie unconscious while her hair, splayed across the cushion her head rested upon, grew an extra three curls and a half...a full seven and a half inches more, in length. Her formerly short, fingertip length nails now extended past her fingertips, through uninterrupted ageing, doubling in length.

The most amazing observations were to watch broken bones reknit, damaged tissue heal, swelling go down, then disappear, and the flat abdomen rising, in a small, rounded bump below Kate's ribs to the start of her pelvic region; The small indicator of developing pregnancy now visible from certain angles no matter what clothing she'd wear; astounding, when just a few hours before it had not been visible at all. Now, her pregnancy was inarguably obvious.

Yuet quite enjoyed the process from her medical and scientific perspective. She watched a number of emotions play across David's face as he stayed in Med Bay and also watched. She wondered what thoughts he was having as he watched what was happening to the woman carrying his child within her.

David watched in fascination as Kate's body transformed. He watched her belly grow and he felt tears well in the corners of his eyes. He was having another child. A child with a woman he wasn't married to. A woman he'd just met. A woman who would never meet his parents. Never meet his daughter, or his family. David felt a crushing sadness flow over him, but it was accompanied by another emotion as well. Something much more powerful. He felt an overwhelming joy. He had another opportunity to be a father. Another chance at being a good man, to raise, support, and protect a family. His family. A family that he and Kate would create together. David watched Kate, and he felt perfect. No matter what happened, David knew he and Kate would love each other and their child for as long as they lived. David smiled and gently pressed his palm to the glass. "Love you. Both of you." He whispered as he watched Kate's belly continue to grow.

May almost dropped the tray as she put the cupcakes in the oven. And in words that were gonna leave her mouth were now trapped in. As she looked the couple up and down. Both seemed equally sweating with their hairs messed up. Like they had been jogging. Although may knew different. She glanced at the women to see if she was hurt or sad, but she seemed happy. Cy broke the silence "Ouuuuuch, hot." As it turned from the heating oven. It bumped into a chair before spinning out in circles across the room all the while going ,"Weeeeeeee!" May only looked at the couple, unspeaking.

Natalia registered the fear in the girl's eyes as being of more immediate concern than Erik's foot in his mouth regarding the effeminate man standing there with the girl. She'd seen this fear before,unfortunately, and knew it well from her days of forced prostitution.

Stepping between Erik and the pair, she said, "It's alright...I'm guessing you're two of the frozen...the three last to awaken...I'm Natalia. This is Erik." She met the girl's frightened eyes and said softly, for her, "It's alright. You're in no danger."

May relaxed a little. The womens reassurance was something she never really heard but she didn't know what. May nodded to her, she could see something in her eyes, understanding. She was straight, but she trusted women more then men. Although her trust for anyone was little. She turned around and set the timer. And moved to sit at the dinner table to get out of anyone's way. She sat down. Silently, still not speaking.

Austin smiled, his mind running with possibilities. He loved when April let him be in control, and right now was just as good. "I want Adrianna to go down on you." Austin said after a moment of considering what to ask for. Adrianna giggled. "With pleasure." She said before she disappeared under the clear water.
