Myspace

I was wondering why I had so many friend requests today. If I denied any of you, I'm sorry; I get a lot of bullshit friend requests so you may want to send me a message telling me who you are first. That'd be nice, thanks.

I'm more worried about the influence you'd have on my kids, who are both my Myspace friends.
I have two myspace pages- one as a mom and one as myself, and never the twain shall meet, I hope...

There was an article yesterday in The NY Times, about how employers are checking for people online, and coming up with their myspace pages and other things like that. A kid who sends a perfect res to a company won't get hired if his blog is fuill of graphic sex, drugs, and whatever. The companies say it isn't the activities that they object to, but the poor judgement that would lead someone to publicise himself that way.

I've just started a new page under a different alias because of ex family members finding my page and commenting (quite rudely) about me. So for those of you who used to be my friends, feel free to pm me your id again so I can be your friend on my new page. :)

I have a myspace account now. If any of you want me as a friend, pm me and I'll give you the url for my page. I'm not going to post it here since I don't want the whole world to associate it the page with my lit name, lol.

Yeah I heard about that. And given that I am currently a Pre-law student...I have a MySpace for Lit friends that shows no photos of me or really gives any real life details about me. Then I have one for my real life friends. I have posted several pics on Lit, and no "risky" pics of me show my face. I had pics posted on another site that did, and quickly deleted them when I found out about employers doing that. So, hopefully, I can keep the real me away from the naughtier side ;) Btw, my Lit MySpace page is www.myspace.com/jadedpleasures Anyone is free to add me :)
