You look a lot younger than your age. You’re only as young as you feel and don’t worry about the number because that’s all it is. Looks like cycling is keeping you fit and young wish I could take long rides around here but. Too much traffic and not too much scenery to admire in the city lol.

I got a short 15 miles in and only needed toe covers, wind breaker, and a cap. Much better than your full cold weather kit. We will be dreading the heat soon though
