I'm not really sure what you're trying to get at with your post, Pilot. Is this something you want to discuss because you are interested in exploring cuckolding as part of your relationship with your wife? Or what?
Certainly cuckolding is a pretty common fantasy among submissive men - if you've done a search on that term on the Lit story archive you've seen that. However, adding an element of cuckolding, especially with racial (NOT "racist") overtones, in a currently-vanilla relationship seems like over-reaching a little bit. I mean, we've got three kids at home all 10 or under so I know all about how being a parent sucks away time and emotional energy. Asking your wife to suddenly drop her feelings of being a very busy mom (quite possibly feeling overwhelmed by it all) and devote time and energy to incorporating your fantasies in your sex life is probably asking too much too soon.
It seems to me that you need to have a serious talk with your wife about this subject, both the fantasy and the past reality that seems to intrigue you so much. If she won't talk about it, there's probably a good reason. However, the fact that she won't talk about something that happened so long ago indicates to me (as a totally unqualified observer) that perhaps there's still some emotion involved from her end. Maybe you ought to consider that and just let things be about this fantasy of yours. Because really, it is just a fantasy - this all happened with your wife before she met you, right? So cuckolding per se isn't even a part of it. Maybe you should consider trying to rekindle the adventurous side of your sex lives with something she IS willing to discuss, rather than with something she's hesitant to discuss.

I must be missing something big this time ... Not sure what these posters are doing here. Did you folks notice this is the BDSM board; how would you like the folk here to relate to all of this?

While each of the things you mention can be used in a BDSM scene, none of them have to fit that category ... so you have us confused.
If you're looking for us, or maybe just the women here, to add fodder to your fantasy life, you might begin with a search or, better, a trip to the story boards as I mentioned.
