We haven’t had measurable snow here in 7 years! It was predicted to maybe snow this coming weekend but now it’s looking like it will warm up just slightly too much for snow

Last winter, in the Ozark Mountains, we had about a foot or more of snow, but NONE of it accumulated on the trees. It was so cold and dry, powdery, that it blew around like sand.
