My Trip to the Coast

Several people asked that I post some PICS of my trip to the Oregon and California Coast that I went on this week. It was only for a few days, but it was so peaceful and good to get away. It was truly hard to come back home!
Most of these PICS are of Harris Beach and Gold Beach on the Oregon Coast. A few PICS of Brookings, Oregon and The Aquariums in California.
Sorry the pics didn't turn out too great....I am definitely not a photographer!

Summer, thank you for posting those. I lived in OR for 5 years and played on the beaches often. I cannot describe the ache it gives me to be as humanly far away as possible from either ocean right now . She is so beautiful, versatile, powerful...

They say the ocean is salty because she has been the comfort spot of women for all of time. That the salt of our tears over centuries has changed her...yet she is always there to comfort us and take our tears again, when we need her. She truly is the comforting Grandmother Ocean.

I wish I had the means to have a saltwater tank... like a 150 gallon and could have some starfish.
