I am getting back into to writing and since we don't seem to have any hope of getting an update, I thought I would promote them here so at least a few people might have a chance to add to them.

I think this story could go a lot of different directions. I am not very picky. I usually put together a very rough outline to write from for each story that I am writing on. My notes for this story read like this:

The center caters to sperm obsessed women who pay a big fee to milk the young men of their sperm. The young men are paid well but have to put up with a lot. Starts with them jerking off, then they get a hand job, then they get a blow job, then they are restrained and teased until they get another hand job. Then they are milked with an anal vibrator milking their prostate of every last drop of cum. Our hero gets this done to him and enjoys it but feels somewhat used and embarrassed.

He goes home and tells his girl friend about it and she is turned on and intrigued and suggests that they go back and give the woman who did it to him a little of their own medicine. First they go back and sexually force the receptionist to tell them who the woman was. They find out she is Allison Jameson a high powered single lawyer with a little kinky sexual secret, she likes to jack off men. She can’t risk her reputation at work so she indulges herself at the clinic.

That is just the start. I am sure things will evolve differently after that. I had a couple of other thoughts about where to take things to such as

The clinic gives him a drug to increase his cock size and staying power

The clinic is a male sex slave center and he is sent off to serve female doms that force him to serve them sexually

The clinic is run by aliens who are gathering data to understand human sexual habit. He is experimented upon by them to test human sexual endurance.

Those are just the ideas off of the top of my head. As I said above I am open to anything else you can come up with.

Jagfarlane has added a couple of nice threads to The Innocent Wife , and I added a couple to My Busty Stepdaughters.
