I have had some big ups and downs, including a drug semi-overdose and being placed on permanent disability from work. on the plus side, I took a trip to california, had a story posted on Lit and met someone here that I'm crazy about.

I just came from picking up my first disability check from the place I used to work. being there was a little harder emotionally than I expected it to be. I guess it's a good thing I picked it up in the office... I don't think I could have handled picking it up when the rest of the kitchen got theirs, without breaking down and crying. as it is, I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes.

i do 1 hour of deep water aerobics on Tues and Thurs.
On Mon, Wed, Fri, i bike for, at least, 35 minutes and row on a rowing machine for 15 to 20 minutes. As soon as my body adjusts to this, i'm gonna up my routine. i may start doing 2 hours of water aerobics on Mon, Wed, Fri, starting tomorrow.

hmmm... I tried that once or twice in my younger days... not sure I'm ready to commit to it as a food group.

cool.. I was doing water aerobics for awhile, but I'm not doing much of anything right now. I need to see my doc and see exactly what my activity level should be.
