ummm... since you probably live a billion miles away and you're probably taken.... no. thanks for asking, tho. I'm kinda down, but also kinda ok.... I mean, it's not like I'm thinking about killing myself or anything.

(I say that without having a clue as to your personal situation... it just seems that in the past a good deal of the women I've found attractive turned out to either live a billion miles away or be married..... or both. lol.)

there was a post in one of the threads the other day, someone was concerned about a friend she hadn't heard from for some length of time.... it was kinda like when nor wasn't posting and no one knew if something had happened to him, or if he was just busy or what. personally, I've had that sort of thing happen a few times, both online and in real life.... people just disappear, and others are left to wonder what's going on.

I've got a list I made of e-mail addresses and phone numbers.... people my brother is supposed to contact if anything ever happens to me. some of them may not care anymore, if they ever did, but at least they'll know.
 
speaking of writing (as I was somewhere in the last 20 posts or so), something kinda weird happened to me the other day.

I got a PM just out of the blue. that in itself was weird. I usually don't get any PM's unless I've written to someone, and half the time I don't even get answers... I'd never even heard of this chick, tho. it turned out that she was wanting to exchange erotic e-mails, etc.

I really didn't know how to respond. according to her profile it seemed like she'd be right up my alley, from a fantasy perspective, but I've never written anything like that. so, I was honest.... told her I'd never written anything like that, but I'd be willing to try. she sent me a couple of her diary entries (supposedly) and they were kinda tame but they also turned me on a little bit. I asked for some guidance as to what she might want to read. she responded and I was all set to start writing until I got to her last sentence. according to that senttnce she was.... let's just say a lot younger than what her lit profile said.

it was kind of disappointing, but I had to do the right thing and put an end to things right there. make that real disappointing. I dunno how I would have done, but I was kind of excited about the idea of exchanging stories like that with a cute young lady... and of course I felt kind of like a fool, because it was probably some kind of set-up from the get-go.

this is why I'm sometimes skeptical when anyone tells me I was missed or whatever. if I don't come to this thread and talk to myself, it can be days or even a week or more til someone else posts.

this is something I've been thinking about for awhile, so I'm just gonna put it out there.....

I play guitar and sing. not very well, mind you, but I try. I'm not really ambitious enough to practice unless I have some sort of goal to look forward to, like playing for someone. sure, I play sometimes just because I like playing, but I'm easily distracted. the idea of a "gig", if you will, helps keep me focused.

so here's what I'm wondering.... do any of the ladies here like to be serenaded? I mean, would any of them be interested in some sort of deal where I can play for them over the phone? I don't care if you make the call or if I do, as long as we can set a time and I have a few days to prepare. I might even be open to requests, depending on what they are.

I used to know about 20 songs, but right now I'm pretty much starting from scratch and trying to re-learn everything. I knew a few dada songs (naturally), a few eagles songs, really just anything I was in the mood to try. I did "space oddity" by bowie, "just remember I love you" by firefall, "margaritaville", that song that adam sandler sings to drew barrymore at the end of "the wedding singer"... some stuff only 3 or 4 people have ever heard of.... like the dada songs. ;)

it's just a thought. I'm not brave enough (yet) to make this its own thread. safer here and maybe in my personal ad thread, where only a few people will see it.

on the main forum page, if you scroll down past the GB and the PG and all that, there is "dutch literotica" and "german literotica", etc. I usually don't pay too much attention to it, but one day I saw a name that kind of intrigued me so I clicked on it. it turned out to be the profile of a girl that wasn't 18.

it puzzled me at first, because I figured you had to be at least 18 to sign up here. then I figured that since it was another country the rulles are probably different. of course, that led to a whole other slew of things that puzzled me. I mean, would it be breaking to law for someone from the US to start chatting with her, or would it depends on the nature of the chat? if she has a thread where she has pics posted, would someone potentially go to jail for looking at them?

I didn't do any of those things, BTW. it just made me wonder.
