My Story Was Posted in the Wrong Category

It's just a little stroker, and a trifle, really. But it's one of my Daddy/daughter stories and it ended up in BDSM rather than Incest/Taboo.

My main concerns are:
A: It's not really BDSM
B: My tiny legion of fans probably won't see it

Is there any way to change a story's category, or should I just forget about it?

It happens now and then, that they screen a story and due to the content think it was mis-labeled.

Send a PM to Laurel and ask her (nicely) to have a look at it. Just don't expect any fast action. She's a busy gal.

Or re-submit it as an EDIT (Same story, but add EDIT at the end of the title) and state your concerns in the comment box.

I had that happen once (not those categories). The category was way off what the story was meant to be--so chances are I pushed the wrong button myself in submitting.

But I resent it with an "Edit" behind the headline and an explanation in the comments box and a couple of days later it got recategorized.

You can do as suggested or you can use the "report this story" link at the end of the story and state that it's in the wrong category.

I am quite surprised. Usually, if the story even has a hint of incest, that's where they put it.
