My story says “Published Today” but it isn’t

My story says published today in my author screen but it has not been published on the site. What happened?

Some stories were delayed in appearing yesterday, but they did eventually make it (around now). Hopefully that is all that is happening today for your story.

Where in your control panel do you see your story? If it’s still in the Pending tab, then the status “published today” actually means it’s going out whenever today’s batch of stories does (it happens daily, usually at the same set time).

Still in the Pending Tab published today. But we’ve already had a batch published today, so it didn’t make that batch even though it should have.

The stories don't always go up at the same time. When I checked earlier this morning there were 74 new stories up. Now there are 106. Even the second number is low, so you might see more published as the day goes on.

As well as a PM, open a Feedback Form and report it - Manu uses the Feedback Forms to track issues - if you do both a Feedback form and a Bug Report it will get better visibility with Manu/Laurel
