it's Jana aka justboycrazy. Something went very wrong on here. I wrote a story called My Secret Passion. The one submitted here looked nothing like the one I wrote.

your best bet is to pm Laurel, nicely, and explain the mix up. She can do amazing things behind the scenes but it will take a day or so.

Yep, looks like some sort of a slip-up. If it isn't anything that you wrote, and perhaps uploaded the wrong text, then the wires must have gotten crossed in the database while approving your submission.

Go to the contest forum and look for "Laurel", who starts all the threads there. ( Or the sticky thread at the top of the AH forum )

Click her name, and then send a PM explaining the mix-up. Posting 70 stories a day, it's a miracle that more slip-ups like this don't happen. I'm quite sure no malice was intended, and she's good about straightening things like this out.

I'd suggest you don't "demand" anything from Laurel, but rather ask her. After all, you are her guest here, just like the rest of us.

If Laurel isn't available you could resubmit the correct story with "EDIT" added to the title. You'd retain whatever votes/comments you have though.

Or, you could have the wrong story deleted then submit the correct story.

To delete a story put the word DELETE on the title line after the title. Have everything the same and leave the story box empty nor attach a document. Also place Delete please in the notes box.
