My story has been stuck in "pending" for more than five minutes. What should I *do*?

Well, dammit, I'm just sick of hitting 'refresh', and Laurel hasn't answered any of my emails. I'm going to go and spray some deadly herbicide onto some a horrible thorny rootstock that the neighbour planted next to our boundary. Looking for other suggestions of favourite coping strategies....?

It's mostly intending to be self-mocking. There is surely a bit of the 'OMG I'm still waiting' in all of us....

Take a BIGGGG breath...and hold it until you turn blue! Maybe someone will notice! If that doesn't work, a fall down, foot kicking, spittle spewing, screaming tantrum might work!
