In my day WE had to pay the tooth fairy, none of this pansy getting money for no work nonsense...in fact we didn't have braces back then or dentists, you went to the black smith with a piece of barbed wire and a homemade pie for his family...if you were getting married you hoped to have teeth as part of your dowry...you kids today are too soft, when I was 12 I took out my own appendix and then plowed a field......

My middle child is almost 7 and right now she's almost completely toothless. She has her two adult bottom front teeth coming in and then a space on either side and then her eye teeth and molars. And on the top she has NO TEETH until you get back to the eye teeth and molars. I've been considering feeding her a liquid diet... She's pretty cute.
