Yes it's the real deal - I've had it a long time and long before it surfaced a few years back with that actor guy.

It's my mother's maiden name - her last name - it's an old southern tradition to name the first born male with that.

I had no choice.

Those who know me in RL? They roll their eyes at the mention of my RL name - just like you all do here at the mention of Sparky.
