The ingredients for those types of bars scare the hell out of me. I'd rather fill up on organic fruits and vegetables.

As a food scientist...... I can totally understand that. Though nutritionally organic versus commercial produce have the same nutrients.
I don't doubt that the nutrient contents are relatively the same, but the notion of pesticides, regardless of FDA standards, creep me out a bit.
Pesticides is a dying thing farmers only use a 1/5th of the amount that they used even 15 years ago.
*shrugs*

No allergies. I'm not partial to some vegetables and spices, though.
Sauté honey salmon on a salad of spinach, cherry tomatoes, challah croutons, gruyere cheese, with a lemon vinagraitte. With some baguette.
Gonna have to toss the spinach. I've never liked the taste![]()
Romaine iceberg mix works well. Though then I'd swap the cheese to sheep feta.
Smarter minds prevailed on that issue.
My next beef is the VA bill being defeated.
