Why is it that I keep receiving emails telling me my inbox at Lit is full, when I have nothing in there at all? I usually delete them as soon as I get them, and the few I had saved I recently deleted. Help anyone?

Did you change the display setting to "From the Beginning" when you emptied your Inbox?

How about when you emptied your Sent Messages Folder?

The Track Messages don't count against your 100 PM limit, but Sent Messages do.

At the very bottom of the page is a summary of your PM's status -- How many "total messages in all your folders" does it say you have?

The best solution is to just remember to uncheck the "save sent message" box before you send a PM unless there is some specific reason for saving a PM you send out.

It's easy to remember to delete incoming PMs, but most people don't even realize that a copy is saved by default when they send a PM.
