The framing effect is neat. I get why you centered it. But the parked cars and the side of the building are competing with the subject (mountain).
You just need to kneel down a couple inches to get rid of the cars. But I suspect the right angle would be to take a couple steps right and kneel down, get the frame at an angle, remove more of the foothills in the foreground and the side of the building so you have mostly the mountain with sky.
I'm guessing this was taken with a phone. But if you had the option, it'd look a lot nicer to put the framing out of focus (narrow aperture, focal point on mountain).

Obviously you're some kind of deviant out to contaminate the site with impure thoughts.
Gosh, those trees are all too upright, as well. Could you really not find any fallen trees to take photos of?
