If you suffer with the arm all i can say is you need to build up more stamina ;)

Yes.... learned even more....... it was a wake up call, cause the other punishments weren't working..... she knew it....Miss didn't want to, she had to............ to make me finally Listen........ also wrote about it in tuesdays journal entry....... we decussed it more yesterday and .....recorded more in my journal last night about it... now it's a closed book something was taken and now gained from it :rose: :kiss: ;) :)
