Yep. I have absolutely nothing to do this evening, besides being online and enjoying a couple of drinks. For some silly reason I volunteered to go into work at 6 tomorrow morning, doh!

I'm always the first to stick my hand up, then wonder why on earth I do such silly things. I'm lucky in that my week finishes on thursday, so have Friday to recover!

Blimey! I've only just started my job, so am trying to look like a motivated young professional....so I can get away with it when I'm not later on!

best of it is i am doing shifts as a carer but getting paid as a nurse . but will have to do more work.hehe. but at least no paperwork those nights

I'm only just learning the joys of paperwork, I'm responsible for all goos in and out of the place I work, nightmare!

with mine if you do something . ie change a dressing to a wound it means writing it in about 3 different places . why cant it just be the one?

I know all about that! I used to be a lifeguard, obviously no-where near the level of a nurse, but the First aid forms we had to fill in were a nightmare!

should try all the stuff you have to gather when someone dies on your shift. had 72 separate pieces of information the other morning for one of the ladies i looked after.

I can't begin to imagine how hard a nurses day must be, paperwork, the medical side of things and on top of it you're dealing with real people and their families!

the rest i can cope with but i hate dealing with relatives. most are fine but every family has that one out to get you

Well, I don't know about you, but I'm exhausted. Think I staid up past my bedtime last night... but will probably do it again tonight :)
