My mail delivery person must hate me

A new record for me- 18 catalogs today in the mail. My old record was 17. Plus 2 subcription magazines means my box was literally full with 20 items jammed in there tonight.

Anyone else have as many trees killed for them? What a waste.

Ya know if you didn't use 'em, they wouldn't send 'em ... eventually, maybe. I just one that actually said: "Dear Mr. S, this is the fourth time that we have told you that if you do not order something from our catalog, we may have to drop you from our mailing list."

I wanted to send it back COD.

And the really scary part is that the Christmas catalogs haven't really started to arrive yet!

I think that 18 catalog in one day mark is a temporary one, soon to be broken.

The only cagalogs I get in the mail are either Adam and Eve or Tigerdirect. SO it's either sex stuff or pc stuff. I don't get any magazines because I can't read the damn things anyhow.

At 7 am this morning (what kinda time is that?) my mailman banged on my door to tell me that this (this is where he thrust the package into my arms) won't fit in my box.

Ha...I'll show him. He obviously hasn't read InternationalFunboy's thread about the football.

I plan to have pics for him tomorrow.

Most companies will remove you from thier list if you call and ask them to.

If only companies were so courteous with email.....I click on those links at the bottom of the email, and block the emails, but they still keep coming.......at least I don't have to throw them away, though.

That is because they have just confirmed it is a valid email and can now sell it to other companies that you also don't want to receive email from
