Halsey, or as she liked people to call her Hales, was not your normal 11118 year old girl. her mother was drug addict and a prostitute. her father was a drug lord and ran some crime industries on the side, her older brothers were leaders of some gangs. everyone but her and her 5 year old brother were corrupted. but that night was what changed it. it started when her mother screamed and there was bang. then her father begging not to be killed, then another bang. by now Halsey had gotten her brother and they were heading for the front door. then she heard her brothers yell at this mystery person. Halsey was scared and her brother was holding her hand. then he wasn't and another bullet was fired. she looked at her brother and cried over his body. the man spoke, "Yes, someone in this family has a heart! you are coming with me girl!" he picked Halsey up and made for the car. driving to his house. Halsey was too busy crying to do anything about it.
