It began as manga drawings I would see on Reddit, with the heading Futanari. These would feature sexy, voluptuous women, who also had large penises, and either a man or a woman sexually enjoying this, or being submissive to the futanari. It is apparently manga's way of graphically depicting the ideal woman/man who certain people fetishize about.
Then this morning I stumbled upon another subreddit called FutanariFakes, featuring real photos of very hot, voluptuous women with photoshopped large penises that look natural. I would recommend this for anyone into this theme.
The psychology of it is what interests me. One could easily say it turns out that the definition of male heterosexual and female heterosexual is much broader than anyone knew before this era, with this technology that awakened us to sleeping desires or aspects of our nature of which we were previously unaware. In this sense, the word fetish is not even relevant, all of this is simply part of what we are, at least for many people.
