My last words for the DEIhards.

You can keep defending DEI to your heart content but you're going to be in for a miserable time.

Starting on Jan. 20th the US government is going to purge all DEI programs, and that puts the DEI contractors out of business.

Future contracts with the federal government will have stipulations concerning DEI policies and those companies with those policies are going to be severely penalized. The same policy is going to apply to state grants going forward. Government grants to universities are going to be impacted too.

There are some states and private enterprises that are going to try to embrace the DEI bullshit going forward, at least as long as their citizens and customers are willing to foot the bill.

Money talks, bullshit walks and the money is drying up.
I don't know what DEI is and I refuse to Google it. All I know is it makes righttards go crazy

But of course, there are extreme examples where people go to unreasonable lengths to find hateful intent where there is none. Tearing down statues of Thomas Jefferson because he owned slaves for example.
But nobody actually does that, or even demands it.

DEI is.... well I suppose It depends on how you define it. To most of these people, basically it is a policy of NOT discriminating against people of color or sexual orientation.
These people feel like their freedoms are being impinged upon when the government tells them they are not allowed to ban people of color from their buisnesses.

Okay well there's a lot to unpack here, so I'll actually respond to this fairly.

There is the germ of a seed of a fair point here, so maybe I'll try and analyze it: I went to a school were liberal, as in VERY liberal to even EXTREME liberal, values were prevalent. Often times more left wing

Left and liberal are not the same nor are they interchangeable. In almost every case including this one they are very much the opposite of liberal. That's why you guys are so anti-liberty in damn near everything you do.

You started out not even understanding basic political terms......you aren't unpacking shit.

At a sociology class, some people wanted us to believe that those of us who were white males should share some of the guilt for things like slavery or other atrocities,

Well "some people" is now DNC orthodoxy.....in fact if you don't virtue signal your hatred of whitey and men sufficiently you'll be smeared as alt-right and purged from the cult.

That's how you lost numerous congress critters, about to lose another with John Fetterman, and major media personalities from Joe Rogan to Bill Maher and even the fucking TYT!!! FAR REICH WING Anna Kasparian is now a woke heretic "right winger" LOL

I REALLY hope democrats are dumb enough to try and shame white people and men into voting for their installed DEI candidate AGAIN. It will be fun to see the democrats shrink into a 5 state cult of bitterness and hatred over the next few cycles

By discriminating against people based on their skin color, genitals and sexual orientation. THAT is the problem.

These people feel like their freedoms are being impinged upon when the government tells them they are not allowed to ban people of color from their buisnesses.

You're confusing the civil rights act with DEI.

It's leftist racism and sexism.

You refuse to look it up because that mirror is too real.....you'd have to admit you've been the Nazis all along. :D (y) (y)

That is NOT what DEI is about..........................period.

Often times more left wing than this Reagan-era middle class semi-conservative (by mid 80's standards anyway) kid always felt comfortable with. They preached at us the idea of being open to, and tolerant of, people whose cultural and racial backgrounds were different from ours, and overall, preached the idea of being respectful, and of overcoming not only hate, but unconscious racial and gender bias. They called this "political correctness."

And for those who didn't swallow the kool aid? How safe and "included" did they feel?

Those are discrimination laws, laws that all Americans have to obey. Don't need DEI to pile on. Promotions, hiring practices should be based on qualifications, meritocracy. A little off topic, Wages should be based on market forces not government intervention. Government intervention includes allowing millions of migrants, legal and illegal, to flood the market with cheap labor. Taking away those migrants would force companies like McDonald's to chase after entry level workers. That sets up competition for entry level workers forcing companies to increase compensation packages to stay competitive.

BREAKING NEWS ALERT: Inauguration to be moved indoors due to freezing temperatures, which will likely result in the 21 Cannon Salute still being fired outside.
