I took a Sequioa and loaded it up with 7 kids and went to the Maryland State Fair in Timonium. Kind of forgot why I did not like to go to state fairs, remembered as soon as I got there.
If you ever want to see the real dregs of humanity just go to a state fair, have never seen as many tattooed women in all my life---
The kids had lots of fun riding the carny rides, me, hate going around in circles and getting dizzy, not able to keep the beer down if I do. Spent over a $100 in the various pitches and ring toss's, at least everyone got a little $.50 stuffed doll to show for the day.
Neatest exhibit there was a corrall full of little baby animals, ducks, geese, calves, lambs, puppies, kittens, horses, the cutest were the little pigs, those little pigs were like my sister, she got pretty fat and ugly as she got older so do pigs.
Most disturbing thing there was a little sideshow, some huckster inviting us to see the world's smallest women in the tent for only $.50, me and the kids gave the man our 4 bucks and went in, I was expecting a stuffed doll or some other scam, standing on a ledge though was a little black Nigerian women with regular sized features that was only about 20 inches tall. Have not been able to get the disturbing visual out of my head, how demeaning to just stand there and let people gawk at you, she tried to say something to me, could not really understand her, could not wait to get out of tent and go home.
