These story elements come from real life, and I wonder if an author would like to weave them into a story?
In the beginning, a fairly timid man (let's call him "Donald" has a flirty, adventurous fiancee named Julie. They live together.
Julie's a little too much woman for him, and they both know it, but they are really, genuinely, in love. She'd never ever say so, but she wishes he was better-endowed. She's been around more than Don has, and she knows he's a disappointment in bed, but he hasn't a clue that Julie is less-than-fulfilled. She would never dream of cheating on him, but----
Their single neighbor puts the moves on Julie at a party. There are several apartment complex social events over time, and the neighbor gets bolder and bolder about seducing Julie. Most of this action takes place in front of an ever-more-humiliated Don. Julie starts to enjoy embarrassing Don in public.
Julie convinces Don that a threesome would enliven their lives, and the neighbor ends up in bed with both Don and Julie. Several times. Each time Don bats clean-up, and gets accustomed to being submissive to the neighbor. Julie gets off on taunting Don for being a wimp.
The unexpected (I hope) twist at the end is that the neighbor was never really after Julie. He's a more-gay-than-not bisexual. He dumps Julie, and reels Don into a purely gay relationship. By the end of the story, Julie is miserable, Don has moved his belongings down the hall, and the neighbor is happy to have Don all to himself.
Until he starts pimping Don out to other tops.
