...and it was a 'Hot Yoga' class. It was a beginners class so it was only 98 degrees in the room. The more advanced classes they turn it up to 108.

I didn't know I had that much sweat in my entire body. :D

But it was fun. Now the hard part... I just have to stick with it.

I adore yoga. It's damned hard, but wow, it does amazing things for the body (and the mind). Definitely stick with it!

Well, my body could definitly use some amazing things done to it. :D

I've always enjoyed running for exercise in the past but I'm finding that my knees no longer enjoy iy quite as much as the rest of me does. Perhaps it's time to try something new.

How hot is the class?

I had no idea that was a part of Yoga.

(thinking I should stick to Shotokan)

Good for you, CD!

Hot yoga is one of the various techniques. It's been around for a while. I suppose that if one learned yoga well, it would be an ideal exercise system. I just could never find the time to learn.
