I just got a christmas day rejection from Laurel and Manu on the last story I submitted.

I may start a thread on it.

Thanks for the replies to my musings, Boota and Boxlicker 101.

Maybe we're functioning in a small way as a bit of a safety valve.

Better the psychosexually disturbed little trolls bitch at us than go out and harm some innocent person.

We're performing a public service.

Actually, I think that's true. Some guy might want to rape somebody, but read a story and settle for doing it vicariously. I don't know how often that happens. Probably very seldom in my story. But, I would bet anything we deter rape far more often than we incite it.

Damn! How do you rate, Boota? I'm jealous.

I did an IR story. No stereotypes and the characters were obviously crazy about each other. I fully expected to get death threats from the nutbars on both sides of the colour divide. Nothing.

My Erotic Horror piece did use stereotypes. I thought I was going to be trolled here as well. The only troll I got was someone complaining the sex was 'sensual'.

I did get trolled, although not too badly for my Nonconcent/Reluctance piece.

I can't seem to do anything right.
