my feet hurt

i went to the galleria for 6 hours....-.-

Does anyone have any tips on how to ease foot aches and pains?

Get a slave to rub them.

I go sit in the hot tub and use the foot jets.

Put my feet in my man's lap and wiggle my toes and he know what to do.

Wear really, really, really good shoes. All the time.

i wear othropedics...

i think i will go soak them....with juniper oil

Additionally, I'd take 2 or 3 ibuprofen.

On days when you are going to be on your feet that long, wear cushion insoles, or sneakers, or both.
