I emailed my ex mother in law for a recipe just after my seperation and she replied " I dont think it is appropriate for you to be contacting me"

He doesn't want to just come out and say, "I love ya man." He's let the crack in his armor be seen by you, he's trying. I predict with constant dialogue, you two will be good buddies! Pretty soon, it'll be watching John Wayne and drinking beer late into the night, with you falling asleep in his arms. Did I overdo the last part? Yeah, it does sound cheesy. Seriously though, I think he's trying to get a link going, cause he really loves the idea of that lil' kid sitting on his lap! Give him a little slack, unless you want to bring him to tears first! I joke but the two of us actually have a decent relationship.
