My Dog Loves Me

It's okay to love your pets... just don't love your pets. ;)

My kitty loves me. :D It's good to be loved, huh?

My dog is bored with me.

He saw me sign on the computer, knew I was useless for a bit, and promptly stretched out on the carpet to sleep.

But he will wake up in a little bit to make me play fetch. Dogs understand the important things in Life.

My dog could give a shit about me right now. His grandparents are here and his granddad walks him every morning. Me, I just go to work to keep a roof over his head and feed him the expensive Iams dog food, but that doesn't count. Well, his world will come crashing down next week when they go back to Cali and he's stuck with just me again.

Rose, it is good to be loved. Give your kitty a bite for me.

Chances, is he sleeping near you? That's how you know he loves you.

Yep, he's stretched out across the carpet right by me (he's a big dog), with his giant size nylabone by his nose and his rubber barbell by his feet. He's a good boy, and very attached... even if he does disapprove of Literotica...

How about your dog, Sandia?

I got two dogs to love and be loved back....I could not imagine life with out them...

Yes, he's here. He always follows me.

he was staring at me, now he's fallen asleep too.

His name is Kane. He's about a hundred pounds, German Shepard mix.

He looks scary, but he's really a big baby.

All this talk about yer pup makes me think you should bring back your old Kane av. ;)

Ain't that illegal? Fun maybe, but certainly illegal.

Loving your dog?
You have a dirty mind, Roseville.

Dog's, Cat's, pets in general .... in case you all haven't figured it out yet ... they rule the world.

My puppy loves me to death. He knows my work times, and happily greets me at the door during lunch and after work. He loves to cuddle next to me, and at night snuggle by my legs. Once it gets dark outside he never lets me out of his sight, if I leave the room he has to follow. Even now he is resting at my feet. :D

Sounds like a great dog.

Mine is a black lab, 75 pounds, sleek and solid muscle. I hike 7-8 miles in the woods with him every morning, so he probably covers 10-12 miles. Which is key to living with a field trial line lab, they can get hyper otherwise. Great temperament, just loves everbody, even if his intial enthusiasm on greeting people can occasionally scare people. He doesn't jump on them, but likes to leap in the air and look them in the eye.

I'm jealous.

Before we moved here, I used to go biking with Kane along Town Lake, on the hike and bike trail. He'd run along side me, even in the summer, and we'd stop so he could take a swim, to cool off. (That's where the pic is from.)

We can't do that much anymore, 'cause of where we live now.

He's a big baby, but he's protective, though.

Once we were at a crosswalk, waiting for a light, and a crazy (or drugged) guy was flying in circles nearby. (He had his arms out like he was an airplane.) He got closer and closer each time... until Kane let out this low growl. Then he started flying the other way. Lol.

Great pic! He looks like a cool dog. I grew up with a German Shepherd / Border Collie mix (smart dog), and just love shepherd mixes.

The only danger that a burglar would run into with my lab would be getting accidentally knocked over, while trying to get the burglar to play fetch.
