They also lost the Under-21 game (32-21) on Friday evening ...

I've already started a thread Snooper. I believe the exact contents was: "Well done. Wales deserved to win. We were shit. Now leave me alone to cry."

We'll get you next time. To be honest, both teams were crap. Would've turned it off halfway through if I wasn't supporting a side. With luck, we'll both get a lot better.

Otherwise it's going to be a loooong Lions tour. I know too many Kiwis as well.

That's a very good question! I'd never thought of that before, but rugby does require the referee's presence and the player's attention. Maybe they use a haptic solution like armbands that are linked to the ref's "whistle."

Interesting. You would've thought there'd be some kind of haptic solution as not everybody will be looking at the ref (or shouldn't be if they're playing properly). Maybe a pressure pad on everyone's upper arm that's linked to the whistle.

Then again, I can just imagine how long technology would last in the middle of a ruck.

During the last Olympics, one of the Portuguese judo athletes was deaf, so he had to look at his coach for signals quite often. They just had to let the ref know beforehand, so that they cut him some slack in case he didn't stop right away.
