feels violated.

You see, this morning I made a post about some personal problems it's had - crashing, dead battery, etc. Now it's embarrassed.

I can't stand it when I hurt my computer's feelings.

Advice?

I'm afraid if I say I just didn't realize what I was doing, that'll just make the situation worse.

Give it a kiss and cuddle, buy it flowers and take it to dinner. And next time, don't talk about your pc like that. It's just plain evil.

:p

*sigh*

I warned you about that, Sandia. Now you're going to have to go buy it something VERY expensive to mollify it.

I'd suggest a memory upgrade. Maybe a new video card. Something sparkly, ya know?

pour it a nice glas of wine, tell it you're sorry, you didn't mean it, you were just upset, give it a nice massage, fuck its brains out

works on me every time

After all, you'll only get pleasure from your machinery if you show how much you care! :D

Shoot it.

Do it now.

You don't know the power of the dark side.

Thank you for your advice.

My computer and I are very close. That time I sent it off under warranty was a very hard time for me. (sigh)

We've been through a lot together.

But I'm afraid my computer and I have a "difficult" relationship.

Sometimes I even think it's dysfunctional. The relationship, I mean. Well, the computer has had it's problems, as I mentioned, but lately my computer's been trying harder than me. Truthfully, I've been neglecting it. I can't remember the last time I cleaned out its HD.

But sometimes I wonder: is this computer the right computer for me? I confess, I've heard a lot of good things about the iMacs...

Is this selfish? Should I think this way?

And then I think of all the data I have on this computer... the stories, the pics, the games, the random thoughts... it's like it has a part of me saved inside itself.

And you know what a pain it is transferring all that shit when you get a new one...

My computer thinks I'm too critical. Am I wrong to feel this way?

Confused.

Toss the piece of crap. Make it a doorstop. The new one will be faster, cooler, cheaper, and give you blowjobs. While your at it get the 21" flat screen you have always wanted. Nothing makes the porno come alive like a new flatscreen.

DAMN, you people are harsh! Why not see if this computer can be saved before you try to kill it? :(

Gateway (Remember them? The slumping, cow-themed peecee makers?) will launch today an aggressive hand-to-hand-combat campaign against the iMac in a series of ads mocking Apple's ads and purporting to prove that their new iKludge, the Profile, is a betterfastercooler home machine than our beloved snowball. Are those "Switcher" ads beginning to sting a bit, eh, cowboys?

Treat it like a horse with a bum leg.... once it crashes it will only do so again and again.... learnig l to like it... ready to foil your plans at the most in-oppurtune moments....
just aim for the CPU & BLAMMO!!!

Oh, why do I even bother?!

You're got to give it one more chance before you kill it off or trade it in! It's not cheating on you, for pete's sake; it's just exhausted! :p :p :p
