What is the source of my anger? Is it my pain?

As far as I can see, I could care less about anything. f that was true, why must I scream in my poems?

Help me find my pain.

best I could do

early in the morn ..one cup of joe...what do ya think...a wee senryu...

synthesizing pain
god in sex and rock n roll
fool’s paradise thrives

We have nothing to fear
but fear itself, a grand talking point
tilted out of context.

And still, the blessing of numbness,
a black hole to swallow all passion,
makes us tremble in terror.
Where did it go? Is it lost forever?

So we're left with the nihilist curse,
to watch the flame,
but not feel the heat,
to hammer fists sore against
that crystal barrier.
In vain? Who knows, but we'll
hurt all the same, just to feel.

The body's energy flows in rivers called meridians
if these rivers become blocked or restricted then
the positive flow of energy will become a negative flow.

A simple slamming of ones toe can tense the body into blockage
and with out the person knowing they hold the tension
for a period of time until the body can become full relaxed and
release this blockage, the elderly show this greatly with momentum
and movement. Many limp out of habit more than the pain still being with
them. The body trains itself in a sense so find the blocked CHI point and massage the flow to be restored and releaf may/will follow. ACCUPRESSURE release
