Well, in that case, she's a beautiful, beautiful baby girl named Caroline and she already has captivated the hearts of her father and big brother. Mother and daughter both came through with flying colors and are doing spectacular, though tired.

How wonderful for all of you! Were you present for the birth? I don't have children but one of the most profound experiences of my life was being present when a dear friend gave birth to her first daughter. Nothing, absolutely nothing has come close to that wonderful evening. It was like all of us were in an altered state, suffused with love, all of it emanating from the sweet little girl lying on her mother's chest.
