Man I am glad to hear that Neko is going to get better. Thank god for 9 lives. My poor ol' cat Charlie had a urinary blockage once. The damn lady that answered the phone at the first vet I called said "oh, to bad, that's always fatal." On the damn phone! Bitch. That was four years ago. He'll still kick your ass.

I hope Neko pulls through for you, bud.

I work at a shelter, and its a terrible thing to euthanize an animal even if its not yours. I can't imagine what it must be like to decide that for a beloved pet.

Here's hoping that it never becomes necessary.

i'm sorry to hear about it! but i'm happy it's looking up!

i woke up about a month and a half ago, four days before christmas, (of all the luck) to hear my cat screaming. he was outside, he had a stroke overnight. his enite body below his shoulders was paralyzed, he was freaking out, screaming, trying to crawl to the house with his front paws.... i had to put him down. i couldn't stand that, and i think he apprieceates it. to lose everything from your shoulders down....

got up this morning, and my cat was limping around like he'd broken his leg... Took him to the vet, and got him exrayed. It turns out it wasn't a broken leg, but perhaps an electric shock that messed his nerves up, but they also found that his lungs were full of fluid and that his heard was the size of a fist...

He might have an untreatable case of heart desease...

Very sorry to hear that mate, I have two cats myself and I know that when they have to leave me for a better place I'm gonna be heart broken
