My cat is dead

I'm genuinely sorry about your kitty, but I can't stop laughing at "Booger." I'm sorry. It's funny.

Sorry to hear about your cat.
Loving these animals is rewarding
and sad when they pass on. :rose:

I'm sorry to hear that BgMma99. :(
I love cats and know how hard it can be when one dies.

I am extremely sorry for your loss. I've lost two dogs in the past years and even though I know they are watching over me, I still miss them.

(Don't you find it kinda of odd to get sympathy from people that have Avatars like mine? Sorry, It was just a thought...it wasnt meant to hurt you)

She is with the Great Galactic Kitten now frolicking in the meadows in the sky.

I am sorry for your loss. It is hard and sometimes I think the pain of losing my Bongokitty is never going to go away.

Just remember how much you love her, and how much she loved you. Someday you will be together again. :rose:

I'm just recently a cat "provider"

I have had the pleasure of living with dogs most of my life, but now am "mother" to a darling (yet vicious) kitty!

I am very sorry for your loss, but I do believe that somehow our beloved pets stay with us!

Yeah, it SUCKS!

This is pretty hard. She was the oldest of the animals I have had.....And with me the longest

My son won't let us have any more cats - the hurt has just been too acute - we lost one guy, Salem, to a car that hit him deliberately, and another was severely abused (kicked in the ribs!) by a neighbour unknown. He is happy as a clam as a "barn cat" at a frien'd farm - but we just can't seem to bring ourselves to visit old Buzz. :(

It's tough - but the feelings are what make us compassionate human beings, I guess. Be Well, Mama!

Oh that's so sad Bgee. I never know what to say when a pet dies. I love animals more than I care for people so I'm usually just a loss for words. I am still sadden by the loss of whom I concider to be the greatest dog that ever lived. My 15 year old pup, Sam. And I love cats. Each one has its own personality and they are always fun to play with. I... I'm sorry Bgee.

That's so sad. I have four cats and would be gutted if anything happened to them.

The rainbow bridge thing though, I'd never heard of that but it's a lovely thought.

I had a cat that lived to 17 before developing jaw cancer and needing to be put to rest a couple years back. It's tough, but be glad about all the time you gave the little one a happy home.

You guys are really much too kind.

I appreciate the nice words and the efforts and cheering me up. It has worked very well.

The pain is less but the emptiness is heavy.

Hugs to all. You are really good people........
