Special "Love Quiz"
I made up a "How romantic are you?" quiz for my husband. It had forms and radio buttons, same as any other quiz, but they didn't actually do anything. Instead of an actual button to submit data, I put a cute graphic on the bottom and wrote, "Click the Cupid to see your score!" Clicking the Cupid took him to a page that said, "Your test results indicate that you're the perfect one for me! Happy Valentine's Day!" If you do this, just remember to keep your questions and answers really generic. If you make an inside joke, you'll ruin the surprise!
