Had a fun idea. After a demonic invasion or magic spell gone awry, a guy is transformed into a tentacle monster. Wanting to keep them safe, their sibling sneaks them home and cares for them in secret.

Could go a number of ways:

1. Brother caring for brother. After seeing what happens to tentacle monsters who get registered (removal of reproductive tentacles and lobotimization in some cases), brother keeps him a secret and tries to go on with life as though things were still normal. Eventually he tries to introduce his other family members to his changed brother...to mixed results.

2. Sister and brother. Same reasons for keeping him a secret but sis also is worried about her brother using his form's "enhancements" on her. He doesn't worse he does is just hold onto her when she helps bathe him, unintentionally sliming her but he seems like he would never try to force himself on her. Additional plot elements could be that she has to help plan a funeral for her brother while he is sitting in the next room.

From there it could branch out quite a few ways:

Horror: brother's changes aren't just physical. He still wants to breed and usher in a dark age with his progeny.

Comedy horror: brother wants to breed and sibling turns a blind eye to it or keeps trying to interact normally well after the actions get revealed

Loving these ideas. I think the cure though should be a red herring. It looks like it works only for him to transform back into a TM. From there they try several other cures needing to stay ahead of the law as well as the growing army of tentacle enthusiasts.

One possibility I thought of was a scientist who contacts them, claiming to have a cure only to kidnap Timmy (to borrow Hypoxia's name). She's quite the enthusiast and wants a TM of her very own, creating a special cage that only the tentacles can slip out of. Can Timmy and his sibling find a way out?

Another possibility I thought of is that porn starts getting made semi-legally overseas it's illegal in the US but only to film it with a fully functioning TM...watching and distributing it is legal. As Timmy becomes a wanted TM, porn companies are offering him asylum and citizenship if he'll sign with them, making Timmy and his sibling have to think about what's best in the end.

Timmy's woukd be interesting though I figured he would be visually impaired when he's a TM so it would more be about what he's touching and probing.

Hmmm. I may actually use this someday. I'm thinking the brother is normal most of the time (except for what's in his pants), but needs sex regularly or he transitions to an uncontrollable feral state that runs off in search of a female to rape.
