They tried to get 20, because that would constitue a riot, and then the parents could have an evening to themselves while their kids were bound over for arraignment on monday morning in Juvinile court.

Unfortunately they failed, and they congregated outside of your window because they saw that crayon on your computer screen and thought they might doodle.
