Taken down to save bandwidth. If you want it, PM me, I'll send it.

It is on the cartoony/strange side. Hope you enjoy (or otherwise.) :nana:

now that i like  top work there mate. what materials you use for it? acrylic/oil paints?

pencil/ink. Thanks for the feedback. I have more if you want. The pic may need explaination as well:

I have manic depression, and art is a way of expressing the duality of the behavior and how it almost killed me. That's with the two faces in one.

The lady is my wife.

The man hanging on the vine is named "Bope" a childhood monster.

The man on the upper-right hand corner is Pope John Paul II.

The trees is about halloween. I like halloween.

The ribbon with the jibberish in the center is about a reoccuring dream about not knowing where I was and could not find the wife. The lake and the brush was added for effect I guess.

The burning Nazi party flag represents my father who commited suicide. He was a bigoted man, and expressed that frustration.

That's all I can think of.

Okay, I will dig some stuff up. I got the pic that was used as my wife's tattoo on her back. I will run and take a pic now.

Thanks all, you are way too kind.

Okay, here is a little lady in skivvies. I got some BBW going too. enjoy :nana:

Ohh, thank you but I am still lacking in many areas.

Particularly relationships, hands, feet and placement. Very difficult to do. Anyway, yeah, I  art and thought it would be good to share with all, especially those that want thier pics transformed into pencil. I really do not mind if it is a guy, woman, bbw, non- bbw, what color, etc. All subjects have something to give.

Anyway, enough artsy fartsy talk. Time to draw more! ;)

No, but I will Google it now.

My favorite artists are Picasso, Reubens, Joe Quesada, and Salvadore Dali. I will never reach the heights of these art superstars, but one can try, you know?

Just looked them up, and they look pretty darn good. Thanks for telling me about them.

and giger's use of colour and texture have also inspired alot of my work

Yeah studying the masters is something of inspiration, but when you try to duplicate something of that degree leads to frustration. Been there, still doing that. The impossible structures are really cool, I remember seeing them in optical illusion books as a kid, and did not realize that was the artist.

Such as it is, I dig all sorts of styles.

very nice.
I am not sure that good ol H.R. Is lumped in as one of the masters, not to take away from his obvious talent, but I wold not group him as one of the masters. That is just my opinion.

yeah true, i wouldn't class him as one of the masters imo he certainly has talent but i guess it depends what interests and captures your imagination and how you relate and perceive the artists work

Yeah I am not knocking his talent the detail he put in his work is mind blowing.

How one defines a "master" is subjective. For instance, we all remember Vincent Van Gogh, he was a starving artist, only sold a few paintings and led a very horrid life. now his paintings sell for millions. Go figure.

My favorite master of all time has to be Peter Paul Reubens. That man's art was simply beyond anything I have ever seen, realistic as hell, and the composition was outstanding. I have always wanted to paint like him, but his style is something that cannot be duplicated.
