It begins on a sad note. Her Majesty is on death watch. Condolences to our UK members, she has been a good and beloved monarch.
We also begin the New Year on a humerus note as we watch the Progressives melt down in the face of a defeat that caught them completely unawares. Condolences to our fellow Americans. We tried to tell them, but we were uneducated, stupid rustic deplorables clinging with antipathy to our guns and Bibles. Welcome to the Diaspora of your own making.
In sports, the NFL rings in the New Year with a letter opener stuck deeply in its back, by its own hand.
In the category of Hope and Change we now get to see what the Progressive Orange Don will do as President (see #2).
busybody is going to continue to get himself banned as he thinks that this is an effective manner in which to get attention (see #2).
My New Year resolution is to stop making fun of the mentally challenged on the board. I will be polite to them, but I will stop discussing any issues with them since it seems to bring out most of their issues.
I hope Cleaver continues to post inappropriate Haiku and that this is the final year for the alt performer whose whole schtick is a picture and a caption. What is this? 2004?
