Has the submission delay been solved?
Stepdaughter Fills In Ch.5 was approved and posted in less than 48 hours.
As mentioned in other threads, it is my 192nd story, but I submitted a few poems, so 200th submission
Why do I care?
Because back when the cancer recurred, I set the goal of being healthy enough to submit 200 submissions, then retire, so I didn't strss over dying and leaving my submissions incomplete. Did not want to be one of those authors who just disappears.
But I find myself with a few stories left to post, and maybe write, so now I will try for 200 stories and reassess then
I know this does not make me one of the most prolific posters, or the best, just a guy that has hung around a longish time, but I am proud of my persistence if nothing else.

Congrats! It's a remarkable achievement. I'm sure you've plenty of stories ahead of you.

I submitted one last week that was approved the same day and published two days later. I think the delay doesn't hit every story and is inconsistent.

Congratulations on 200!

I know people who've faded away because they had nothing to strive for. Congratulations for hitting your goal, and setting a new one. May there be more milestones on the way.

Congrats and keep moving the goalposts, its great motivation to keep yourself moving through this ordeal.

Most stories have gone through. A higher percentage than before have got stuck. At no point did all stories get stuck. It appears to be either a new glitch, or an old one that has suddenly got much worse.

Congratulations on your 200th submission (and it's rapid publication approval as well).

Having decided to extend my goal to 200 stories rather than 200 submissions, I have now posted story 195, an exercise in catharsis.
My new WIP is totally imaginary, and a longer form piece than I have tried in some time. I am hoping that
a)I have the strength to finish it, and
b) it does not consume so much time that it prevents me from reaching the 200 goal.
c) it finds an appreciative audience

I hope my therapist does not read on Literotica. Or maybe I hope she does?

Persistence is a good thing. interestingly, having to retire because of a cancer diagnosis is part of what led me back to Lit after 15 years away. I remember you , Sir.

Keep on fighting the piece of shit called cancer.

Every 3 months I get my markers and worries that they have gone up. A few more years they say ....

Fuck cancer!

I was clear for 6 years. They were all set to pronounce me "cured" when they sent be for one last CT scan just to make sure... and that showed fresh growth... sigh... 10% chance of a "cure"...30% chance of dying in 2 to 3 years ... 30% chance of 8 to 10 years.
