Your first victim could be Derick Waters. He is a husband to Jennifer and head writer for a prominent editing production team.
He is away a lot, working and business. He doesn't cheat on his wife, which is sad. She wishes he had, cause then she could take half his money. As it stands now, he has a prenup, so she can't divorce him (she could, she'll just be flat broke on her ass)
She wants him dead... to inherit all the money.
Derick is oblivious to any of this. He knows his marriage isn't that strong, and he's trying to change it... once he finishes his one project he can relax and take some time off of work. He'll be like the old husband she once knew...

Ok good, I'm glad we got people posting. Marla PM'd me she's been swamped w/work lately but hopefully she'll post soon, I might throw up another post before then. I like where you guys are going with this.
Pooh, having Derrik stay at a hotel is perfect, it gives us a chance to meet up with Jennifer, maybe stir up some trouble.
I talked to Kuu she's not going to be able to play the vigilante so if anybody knows a good RPer who wants to get in on the murder and mayhem, have them post a bio, that's our most pressing need at the moment.

Madeleine worked hard to become one of the highest ranking female detectives on the force.
She responded to a call one night concerning a possible breaking and entering only to come across the horrific scene of a male assailant and his willing female accomplice having sex with a dying corpse. She stood there in shock as the blood poured from several open wounds. Eventually, she shook herself out of her mind-numbing state and began to squeeze off two rounds, which hit the wall behind the male suspect. He fired back, hitting her in the shoulder and bringing her down.
When she awoke it was to find the man raping her; she fought him with what little strength she had left only to be found by her fellow officers just as the man covered her in his come. Another bout of firing cascaded around her and the two murderers got away in a flurry of flying bullets. Madeleine tried to prove she was not a willing partner to the sexual sickness that the male assailant had forced on her, but her pleas fell on death ears.
Her family was divided. Her father doubted her word, trusting the men and women he’d served with for many years. Her brothers were also divided, but in the end no one stood by her as she vowed to hunt down and find Clyde and Bunny. She’s dipped into her savings, money inherited from a dead grandparent that had dealings with the mob, but was also a Porter, someone you just didn’t cross.

Ok I've come up with a solution to keep everyone alive and still move this thread forward. Clyde is going to stab Jennifer rather than shooting her, he'll leave her for dead which opens the door to Derrick to go on a heroic mission, carrying her to the hospital and save her life, meanwhile Bunny and Clyde will be on their way out.
I hope Marla returns soon, I haven't heard from her in a while. We're going to need a new contract so I'll start casting for that (Next time maybe cast 1 person to play both parts so we don't run into the same "kill/don't kill" conflict. If Marla doesn't reappear in the next week we might have to recast that role as well, though it'll hurt my heart.

Here's what I'm thinking... instead of trying to akwardly resurrect this thread I think I'll start a brand new Ch. 2 thread, cast a new contract and a new Bunny if need be.
It'd be way too hard for somebody to take over that role on here and I have a really nice little trap planned for Red that i'd hate to waist on a dieing thread. Pooh and Emily could resurrect their characters in recuring roles if they desired and it'd be easier to draft a new contract.

I did like the idea of revenge.
Maybe you could kidnap Jennifer, because something goes wrong at the house. Your Bunny is killed, and you make Jennifer your new Bunny.
My guys is hell bent on revenge... and that makes him want to hook up with Red's character, already running out there trying to find this duo.
Makes for a very dramatic story.

I don't know what idea you're coming up with for my char, but I'm game.
I don't see Jennifer living long as Bunny, unless she can pull off Stockholm Syndrome and do a Patty Hearst act.
I'll miss Marla's writing, if she's gone, she has played a great physco. I am more than willing to partner up with poohlive if that is how the story spins, but with Lit's idea (and nope I really don't know what it is) I haven't a clue where Madeline will end up, but pooh's a great writer, so I'm willing to write with him.

Difficulties in my personal life are making it really impossible to keep up with the stories I'm involved in, right now. It hurts my heart, too, to let go of Bunny, because the character is so much fun, and was becoming much more than just a caricature, for me. But I just can't make this a priority right now - I hope you will understand.
I'm so sorry that it potentially screws so many of the great stories I'm in, but I sincerely hope you are able to continue with this one - if you have to re-cast, you absolutely have my blessing - I'd hate for the story to die because of me.
