Multiple Partners Under One Roof

I've always had this fantasy of living in a house with multiple partners. It could be made up of females and males and we all enjoy each other both emotionally and physically. I've talked to my husband about it and he seemed to like the idea. We are both bisexual.

Anyone else ever fantasize about this? How would you go about making it a reality?

Well, yes it would be a commune, but its like, we'd be a family of partners. Kind of like when people have triads, only with more people.
