Yup, I'm going to start writing again, but in typical Raphy fashion, I'm going to try something a little different. I want to do a serialized story with something between 25 and 30 chapters. It'll be one long continuous story, but I'm going to try and write each chapter so that it fits into a different lit category each time... I daresay I won't bother with "How To", "Reviews and Essays" or "Illustrated"..

Obviously, I'm going to try and write it so that it's not contrived, or at at least, try and keep that down to a minimum...

Sometimes I think I have a little more than a touch of the intellectual masochist in me.

As for the survivor contest, I haven't decided about that. I will confess that I know nothing about it except that it involves writing a lot of stories?

If you submit as a Novel or Novella, then there is no distinction except for the Chapter titles. Any category can be written within the Novel or Novella.

Probably a reasonable way to do it would be to have a standard title, and different subtitles.

i.e.
Raphy in Love - WS - under the Romance category,
Raphy in Love - KM - under the Loving Wives category.

Having each chapter under different categories will help you for the Survivor Contest. Lumping them all under the Novel/Novella category will enter you into the Contest only once.
