Okay, but I was thinking of whipped cream, which is evil beyond belief. Cream cheese is bad enough, especially within something as evil as a pumpkin muffin, but whippped cream inside a chocolate cupcake comes straight from the devil's oven, especially when there is also chocolate frosting.

I make blueberry muffins and then slather them with butter. I then use them to mop up the chopped sunny-side up egg from my plate.

I can eat a dozen muffins with three of four eggs, sausage and coffee, while reading my favorite book any morning of the week, but especially on Sundays.

It's yummy. Unfortunately, eggs make my stomach act up, so I only get that particular joy about nce every six months.

Best thing to do is get maple sausage patties, cook them... then cook the eggs in the sausage fat, with just a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Take the muffins out of the oven and stick a half-inch slice of butter in each muffin... then sit down and gorge. The coffee has to be hot, rich, and fresh, with cream and a little sugar.

It's a heart attack on a plate, but it's yummy.
