MSN e-mail...need help, please!

For any of you who may use Hotmail's MSN e-mail (janedoe@msn.com, for example)....would you please let me know? I've got a problem which I can't figure out how to resolve and can't get a response from them.

When you tried to access your mail, did a lot of windows start opening up? That's what just happened to me. Had to re-boot my computer.
